The data that they enter into those screens is immediately validated against SAP HR business rules in your SAP system. The level of integration and validation is the same as if the users were working with SAP transaction PA40 and PA30.
SAP HR configuration residing in your SAP system is automatically pulled into ‘list boxes’ and ‘pick lists’ within promentaWebflow™ screens. There is also full automatic integration and compliance with SAP authorizations so that users can not accidentally access or update data if not permitted to do so, according to SAP security rules.
This level of integration means that requesters can enter data into a New Hire or Leaver request, have that data fully validated as being accurate, then save and submit the request to the next process step. Even though they are not authorized to update SAP itself, they can enter fully validated accurate data within the request. All data is securely stored in promentaWebflow™ within your SAP system. Approvers can Q&A the request and with a single click approve the automatic employment creation or termination action directly in SAP.

Full audit and process transparency
