target your audience
When it comes to policy audit, targeting is achieved using the myCommsCentre™ audience targeting tool, which is tightly integrated with SAP user and employee groupings, as well as external groupings.
The tool enables compliance teams to identify user and employee groupings that the policy is relevant to. For example, you may decide to target a ‘Gifts Policy’, to all audience members who hold a ‘Manager’ grouping and belong to a specific ‘Company’. In just a few minutes, the policy has been targeted to the right audience by email, intranet or to their mobile device. The myCommsCentre™ audience targeting tool dynamically builds a real-time audience based on the groupings specified. The cost and inaccuracy of building manual distribution lists is removed.
Automatic reminders, exclusively to those who have not responded, further automates the process, driving quality and efficiency in meeting compliancy goals.

non-SAP audience data source?
The myCommsCentre™ audience targeting tool, is versatile in that you can easily integrate with an audience data source which is external to SAP. Some of our existing customers do that very successfully. For example, it may be that you run an Oracle or Peoplesoft HR system which holds the most accurate snapshot of your business population. myCommsCentre™ can easily integrate with that to drive a targeted policy audit plan.

policy audit – has the audience responded to the policy?
One of the common challenges when meeting policy audit obligations, is that businesses simply have no visibility, of how much of the audience has actually read and acknowledged the policy, that has been targeted. The quality and effectiveness of meeting policy audit and compliance goals is significantly compromised.
myCommsCentre™ is the solution to this common problem. When each member of the target audience has opened, read and acknowledged the policy, an audit is taken including, user name, date and time stamp. In addition, a secure log is taken to indicate if they ‘acknowledged’ or ‘declined’ to agree with the policy. This audit data is stored securely in SAP and provides a very accurate picture of how much of the audience has or has not responded to the policy campaign.
Automatic reminders can be activated to only send policy reminders to members of the audience who have not read or issued a ‘button response’ for the policy.
