end users

  Who are they ?  All people in your enterprise can benefit from targeted information

  When will they use it ?    Users will normally access myCommsCentre through the SAP Enterprise portal or via email (desktop widget coming soon)

  Why will they use it ?   Users will want to use myCommsCentre because it will only deliver relevant, personalised information and functionality to them, based on their own real-time user and employee groupings (their 'profile'). So everything is relevent.

 Who are they ?   Any person who is tasked with targeting information or functionality – this may be a global team, a set of country-level teams or departmental and project teams.


 When will they use it ?  Any time that they need to target information or functionality at specific targeted groups of users.


 Why will they use it ?  Becuase it is a powerful transactional based tool which will accomodate all information and functionality delivery requirements in an efficient, very accurate and fully audited way. Example scenarios.
