specific and relevant groups of users, both via the SAP Enterprise Portal and via email.
Each information item that a user accesses is fully audited and reportable.
When each user logs onto the SAP Enterprise Portal or accesses their emails they
only see information items that have been specifically targeted at them, and are
relevant to them, based on their own real-time user and employee groupings. If any
of the user's groupings change then the information that they see dynamically changes
without any additional work.
